However, we Will do everything that we can to ensure a swift transaction and delivery of your purchase. In the event that an issue arises with your purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will also endeavour to keep you informed should there be an issue with your purchase. In short, no problem is too small.
We will provide a full refund on faulty goods up to twelve months from the date of purchase on production of a receipt or a sales reference number and the reception of the original item. We will also refund outgoing postage costs.

On receipt of a returned item, we will provide a full refund of the cost of the product in addition to outgoing postage costs. You, the customer will be responsible for your return postage costs.
